A specific need was identified: educational resilience and interculturality. The scholarships provided are not only intended to cover tuition fees but also to recognize and celebrate the resilience of young people facing academic and personal challenges. The foundation uniquely acknowledges resilience as a driving force for school perseverance and academic success.
The foundation funds scholarships in Canada and Benin and, in the long term, plans to build a learning and recreation center in Benin.
While Canada already has accessible infrastructure, many young people in Benin lack structured spaces for holistic development. The center will provide a meeting, training, and motivation space, contributing to personal and academic growth.
Scholars' progress is tracked, financial reports are published, and donors receive regular updates on the foundation’s activities and impact.
Short-term: Increased motivation to excel academically, strengthened resilience, and leadership development.
Long-term: Sustainable academic success for youth in unique situations and encouragement of community engagement and mutual support.
